When the waves come crashing down, focus on the light and find your beach.

A song I recently finished, with lyrics I wrote many years ago about a relationship that ended badly. Unlike the relationship, this song ending morphs into a cool electronic mix.

Sometimes your thoughts can get the better of you. This one is about learning to let go of it.

Acoustic fingerstyle piece named after our sister galaxy.

The inspiration for this song was a visit to Polihale Beach on the west coast of Kauai.  The waves were perfect and the golden sand of this beach stretched on for miles, ending at the cliffs of the Na Pali coast.  Definitely one of my favorite beaches.

Live guitar improv using delay settings and three part loop from "Car Radio" by Twenty One Pilots.

Look for the love that glows, and runs down deep to where the sweet water flows.

One of the earlier songs I wrote, this one has multiple themes pulling from social commentary and also a fun experience with a friend.

Sometimes when you are getting worn out with day to day life you just need to let your hair down.
...never reach the end, we'll just dance it away.

This one is about my dog Marley, one of the best dogs ever. It was so hard to lose such a great dog. The song is slow and reflective of all the good memories and even the tough ones at the end. The last part of the song picks up with a grateful heart and a believe that someday we will run and play together again. This song is for her.

An original universal instrumental.

The first original song I wrote using my Digitech JamMan loop pedal.
Halcyon - a mythical bird said by ancient writers to breed in a nest floating at sea at the winter solstice, charming the wind and waves into calm.

Geodes are amazing mineral formations caused by water bringing different mineral deposits through rock, leaving behind parts of what it brought over a long period of time. Our lives are a lot like geodes, made up of different experiences and memories from the places we go and the people we meet.

For Uncle Bill and Aunt Barbara.

An original song written for a short film shot by a friend of mine when he was a film student. This one is about remembering childhood when life was more simple and carefree.

This one was written about a special waterfall in Yosemite.

A different direction for me, this is a full electronic mix. The song is about the journey of a virus as it hacks its way into a secure network. Sirens are tripped as the virus infiltrates the internal mainframe and begins to take over the system. By the end of the song it is in full control, morphing the system to it's own rhythm.
